PHOENIX (July 18th, 2019) — Phoenix Rising FC has announced it has transferred midfielder Collin Fernandez to USL Championship side Saint Louis FC, pending league and federation approval. Per club policy, the terms of the transfer will not be disclosed.
Fernandez appeared in 30 matches over two seasons with Phoenix Rising, scoring two goals and tallying three assists.
