Phoenix Rising FC is committed to engaging with our community and sharing the passion for soccer that unites us. Our players, coaches, and staff actively participate in various community events, including school visits, charity functions, panel discussions, and speaking engagements. While we strive to accommodate as many requests as possible, please understand that due to our busy schedules, we must follow specific guidelines to manage these appearances effectively.
Guidelines for Appearance Requests
- Submission Timeline
- All requests must be submitted at least six (6) weeks before the event date.
- Requests submitted after this period may not be accommodated due to scheduling constraints.
- Player Availability
- Due to team obligations, player availability is limited, especially during the active season.
- Appearances typically last up to one hour, and Phoenix Rising FC reserves the right to assign available players, coaches, or staff based on schedules.
- Frequency of Appearances
- Each organization may be granted one appearance per calendar year to allow fair access to our community outreach efforts.
- Cancellation Policy
- Phoenix Rising FC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or substitute players/coaches in cases of extenuating circumstances such as injury, family emergencies, or team obligations.
- Nature of Events
- We prioritize requests that focus on youth, health, inclusion and community. Commercial appearances or promotional activities unrelated to Phoenix Rising FC will not be approved.
- Examples of approved appearances include school talks, soccer clinics, charity events, and panel discussions related to soccer or the club.
- Event Requirements
- The requesting organization must provide details on arrival instructions, parking, and any designated areas for players to prepare (e.g., changing rooms, rest areas).
- Phoenix Rising FC does not facilitate private parties (e.g., birthdays) and will not supply additional items such as jerseys or merchandise as part of the appearance.
- Communication
- All communication regarding appearance requests should be made through the official form provided below. We do not accept requests via phone, email, or fax.
- If you do not receive a response within two (2) weeks of your event date, please follow up via email at community@phxrisingfc.com.
