If you wish to request a member of the Phoenix Rising staff or a player to attend your upcoming event, kindly ensure that it aligns with the following criteria before completing the submission form:

• Requests should be submitted at least six (6) weeks in advance of your event date.
• Please check the Phoenix Rising schedule to ensure that your event date does not conflict with a Phoenix Rising game day.
