Phoenix Rising is dedicated to aiding non-profit organizations and programs in Arizona that positively contribute to our community. Donations play a crucial role in Phoenix Rising’s efforts to give back and assist those in need. The subsequent policy has been formulated to uphold consistency and enhance efficiency for organizations seeking support from Phoenix Rising.
Requests must be submitted via the form below. We do not entertain phone calls, faxes, or mailed considerations.
All requests must reach PRFC at least four (4) weeks before the scheduled event.
- Requesters should represent registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations based in Arizona.
- Organizations must align with our focus areas: soccer, education, inclusivity & diversity, veterans & first responders, or underserved youth & families.
Preferred Pickup Location
While we encourage pickup from Phoenix Rising Stadium in central Phoenix, we may consider shipping for specific locations.
Fundraising Purposes Only
Requests should exclusively be for fundraising purposes, such as raffles, live or silent auctions.
We regret to inform that we cannot fulfill requests related to awards, prizes, or incentive programs, individual pursuits, fraternal, labor or political groups, operating expenses, monetary donations, or third-party fundraising campaigns.
Restrictions and Fulfillment
- PRFC will not accept items, including player cards or photos, for autographs.
- Organizations are limited to one request per calendar year.
- Notification of request status will be provided, and if accepted, donations can be picked up three (3) days before the event date.
Please refrain from contacting us for donation status. You will receive notification once your request is processed.
Decisions made by PRFC are final.
