Phoenix Rising FC is dedicated to supporting nonprofit organizations and programs throughout Arizona that make a positive impact on our community. Our donation policy is designed to maintain consistency and maximize our ability to support various charitable causes.
Submission Method
- All requests must be submitted via the official online form below.
- We do not accept phone calls, faxes, emails, or mailed requests.
- Incomplete forms will not be considered.
Timeline
- Requests must be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to the event date.
- Requests received within this window will be reviewed and processed accordingly. However, submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nonprofit Status: Organizations must be registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits based in Arizona.
- Organizations must align with our focus areas:
- Youth
- Health
- Inclusion
- Community
Donation Details
- The typical donation includes a 4-ticket certificate for a regular season home match. These tickets are not redeemable for cash and are intended solely for fundraising purposes (e.g., raffles, live or silent auctions).
- Phoenix Rising FC merchandise.
- We cannot provide donations for sales incentives, corporate gifts, monetary contributions, or for-profit entities.
Promotion Guidelines for Phoenix Rising FC Apperances
Event Promotion & Branding:
If you plan to promote Phoenix Rising FC as part of your event, we’re happy to support your efforts. Once your request is approved, you can access our online brand library, which contains approved logos, images, and other assets to ensure consistent and accurate representation of the club.
We appreciate your cooperation, as this helps us maintain consistent branding and uphold the integrity of Phoenix Rising FC’s visual identity. All together, todos rojos.

For any unique or extraordinary promotional needs beyond the provided assets, please reach out to our Community Relations team at community@phxrisingfc.com for further assistance.
Pickup & Fulfillment
- Donations can be picked up at Phoenix Rising Stadium in Central Phoenix | 3801 E. Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona.
- If your request is approved, you will be contacted via email by our Community Service Team to schedule a pickup date.
- Donations are available for pickup up to three (3) days before the event date.
- We kindly ask that you do not send items (e.g., player cards or photos) for autographs, as we are unable to fulfill these requests.
Ineligible Requests
- Awards, prizes, or incentive programs
- Individual pursuits (e.g., personal fundraising campaigns)
- Fraternal, labor, or political groups
- Operating expenses or monetary donations
- Third-party fundraising campaigns not directly benefiting a registered nonprofit
Restrictions and Fulfillment
- Organizations are limited to one request per calendar year to ensure we can support as many causes as possible.
- All decisions made by Phoenix Rising FC regarding donations are final.
- Please do not contact us for donation status updates; you will receive a notification once your request has been processed.
