2024 Renewal Process
AUTO-RENEWAL
Keep the fun going! Thanks to automatic renewal, season ticket members don’t need to take any action to maintain their membership each year. If you’d like to review your season ticket invoice, adjust your preferences, or opt out during the renewal period, you can easily do so on your account manager page in Ticketmaster.
OPT-OUT
To review your season ticket invoice visit your account manager page. To add parking, adjust your preferences, or opt out, fill out the Account Change Form.
TIMELINE
Your 2024 invoice will be available for review in your account manager on Monday, August 21. PRFC will process your first payment on Monday, September 18. The deadline to make adjustments to your invoice or opt out of the 2024 season is Sunday, September 17.

FAQ
What do I need to do to renew my membership?
No specific action is required for members to renew. Review/confirm our payment method and make any necessary account updates by visiting your account manager. Payments will begin on Monday, September 18. Any account without a processed payment by Monday, September 18 is subject to federal and state taxes. The club will pay any taxes associated with the season ticket membership if a payment is processed on or before September 18.
How many matches are in the 2024 season ticket member package?
There are 17 regular season home games and two friendlies for a total of 19 total matches included in the 2024 season ticket member package.
What payment plan options do I have?
There are two options for payments. Pay-in-full allows you to pay for your tickets at once. Zero-interest monthly payment plans are available starting with eight monthly payments on September 18, 2023, through April 15, 2024. All payments are processed on the 15th of each month, except the initial payment which will be processed on September 18, 2023.
How do I switch payment options to either pay-in-full or payment plan?
Complete the Account Update/Change Form and an account representative will follow-up to confirm the changes.
What are some important dates to remember?
Monday, September 18, 2023, is the opt-out deadline. Monday, October 2, 2023, is the date the online relocation and upgrade process begins.
When can I renew/add EXPRESS parking passes?
If you had an express parking pass in 2023, that will be included in your 2024 invoice. If you wish to add EXPRESS parking, click here.
Are there any changes to the seating map or stadium coming in 2024?
There is a minor change taking place in the stadium in 2024, with the home and away benches swapping places on the west side of the stadium. The home benches will now be in front of Section 103 and the away benches will be in front of Section 105.
What happens if I miss the season ticket renewal deadline?
After Monday, September 18, 2023, we cannot reserve any season unprocessed member seats. With auto-renewal, no action is needed to maintain your seats. To review your season ticket invoice, adjust your preferences, or opt out, visit your account manager page prior to the September 18 deadline.
How do I drop, add or change seats?
To drop seats or downgrade, complete the Account Update/Change Form and an account representative will follow-up to confirm the changes. All renewing accounts will have the option to add and upgrade seats during the online relocation process beginning Monday, October 2, based on priority number.
How do I update my payment method/account information?
Complete the Account Update/Change Form and an account representative will follow-up to confirm the changes.
Do I need to re-sign the member agreement when I renew?
Renewing members do not need to re-sign the auto-renewal member agreement.
I’m a new member. What if I don’t sign the member agreement?
If you elect not to sign the agreement, the club reserves the right to withhold member benefits, tickets and communication until completed.
I’m a new member. Why do I have to sign a member agreement?
By signing the member agreement, new members acknowledge that they understand the auto-renewal process and fan code of conduct. It also ensures that a payment method is selected, and allows members to opt into U.S. Open Cup and playoff matches.
