Phoenix Rising begins its final road swing of the season with a trip to California to take on Fresno FC. The match is scheduled to kick off at 7:30 p.m. and will air on Your PHX CW (channel 6 on cable and 61.1 on satellite & over-the-air) as well as ArizonaSports.com.
During the club’s historic 20-match winning streak, Phoenix Rising has won nine straight matches away from Casino Arizona Field.
Last Week, Rising FC went 2-0-0 with a win over Las Vegas Lights on the road and LA Galaxy II at home. Forward Adam Jahn scored the lone goal in the club’s 1-0 over Lights FC on Wednesday night in Las Vegas. Defender Austin Ledbetter also received Team of the Week honors for his performance in the clean sheet.
On Saturday night, Rising FC bested LA Galaxy II, 4-1. Forward Junior Flemmings collected a brace while captain Solomon Asante added a goal and assist to his record-breaking season totals. Flemmings’ performance earned him a team of the week honorable mention.
Fresno FC comes off a short turnaround having played on Wednesday night. But the Foxes broke a club record when it beat Rio Grande Valley 5-0. Jaime Chávez and Qudus Lawal each tallied a brace in the win.
The Foxes hold on to second place in the Western Conference standings, just three points ahead of Reno 1868 FC. At home, Fresno FC has been nearly unbeatable, going 9-1-4 in 2019, and is currently in the middle of a ten-match unbeaten streak at Chukchansi Park.
This will be the final match of the season series between the two clubs. The clubs fought to a scoreless draw in their first meeting on April 6th.
Phoenix Rising will be hosting two official watch parties for Saturday's match. Fans can go to Vine Tavern on Elliot Road in Tempe and Three Wisemen in Scottsdale.

Last Week, Rising FC went 2-0-0 with a win over Las Vegas Lights on the road and LA Galaxy II at home.
