Phoenix Rising Football Club announced today that Equality Health, a technology-enabled, whole-health delivery system, will be the official presenting sponsor of the 2021 season, the fourth year in a row for the Phoenix-based company.

“We are thrilled to return as the official sponsor of the successful Phoenix Rising Club for the upcoming season,” said Hugh Lytle, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Equality Health. “This sponsorship extends our mission to partner with local organizations that encourage healthy living in Arizona and improve the overall quality of life for residents.”

As the fastest growing provider network in Arizona, Equality Health serves as an integrated whole-health delivery system that utilizes new primary care models and innovative approaches to help individuals meet their health goals. The company aims to remove barriers to good health for the underserved population in Arizona to enable appropriate access, cultural assistance and high-quality care to those in need. Equality Health provides the necessary support to local health plans and providers to enable them to deliver value-based care with a whole-person focused approach.

“We’re excited to have Equality Health back as the presenting sponsor for the 2021 season,” said Phoenix Rising General Manager, Bobby Dulle. “We look forward to working with them to continue initiatives that positively impact the community, which is a top priority for our Club.”
