Phoenix Rising Extends Partnership with ReplyBuy to Provide Their Sales & Service Teams with a New, Innovative Solution

Club adopts text messaging platform that enables sales and service representatives to reach fans in an efficient and personalized manner

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. — Phoenix Rising’s front office officially announced an extension of their partnership with ReplyBuy and the rollout of their new, one-to-one, text messaging platform, ReplyBuy Messenger. The Rising’s sales and service teams are utilizing the product to reach their fans with personalized conversations in an effective and scalable manner. 

ReplyBuy Messenger’s core capabilities allow the team to text-enable office landlines and send customized, campaign-styled text messages to their fans and customers from a single dashboard. The platform was built as a tool to naturally complement the traditional use of cold calling and emailing.

The product seamlessly combines the CRM segmentation abilities of an email marketing platform with the mobile messaging capabilities of SMS. When combining the two technologies together, Doerr and his team can have multiple, one-to-one texting conversations in an organized and manageable manner. This campaign-driven approach has proven to drive both fan engagement and overall revenue.

The Phoenix Rising are one of 55 organizations to adopt the new technology in just the last several months since launch, and they are joined by Nashville SC and Memphis 901 FC as the three teams representing the USL.
